This policy explains how we ship SonicTonics products within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages and CBD products in the UK.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We cannot ship to international addresses due to restrictions relating to CBD and alcohol.
Age Verification
By ordering from our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Couriers may request proof of age upon delivery. Delivery may be refused if suitable ID cannot be provided.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery Estimated arrival within 2 to 4 working days
Express Delivery Estimated arrival within 1 to 2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand or adverse weather.
Shipping Liquids and Glass Bottles
All drinks are packed using protective materials designed for the safe transport of liquids and glass. Despite this, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is an issue.
Delivery Fees
All UK orders benefit from free shipping if over £25. Delivery costs appear at checkout. Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will provide instructions for rearranging or collecting your parcel. Some deliveries may require an adult signature due to alcohol content.
Damaged, Leaking or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at support@sonictonics.co.uk with photographs of the issue. This helps us resolve the matter promptly and make a claim with the courier if necessary.
