BEHIND THIS WALL, HACKNEY
Behind This Wall is a relaxed basement bar with a warm, vintage sound-system. We host a Lo-fi bar with hi-fi intentions, hidden beneath the Narrow Way, Hackney Central.
The bar serves cocktails & mixed drinks built to taste; cold beer and select wines. There is no menu: guests can choose their own adventure. We will make you, or find you, your favourite drink.
All our products and ingredients aim to exclude artificial additives, colours & flavours, high fructose, corn-syrup and unnecessary sugar.
To accompany, we offer bar snacks and you can order a Yard Sale Pizza to site.
THE FACTORY, SHOREDITCH
Our 2,500 sq ft factory sits in the heart of Hackney Wick — a thriving pocket of East London shaped by decades of partiers, makers and entrepreneurs. At the front of the space we built and now run Allez Allez Café, established in 2024, creating a living, breathing threshold between production and community.
The factory build was completed in 2025, with the works led hands-on by our own team, carrying the DIY spirit of Behind This Wall into a new chapter, with support from our good friends at 2x2 Architects. The space can host supper clubs and tastings, and includes a tap room – designed by Kitty McKibbin – where you can stop by for a coffee, matcha or sandwich, and sample our Sonic Tonics straight from the source.
