Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to provide high quality products and service. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements and refunds.
Please note that some restrictions apply due to the nature of our products, including consumables, liquids, alcohol and CBD-containing goods.
Eligibility for Returns
We can accept returns where
• the item arrived damaged or faulty
• the incorrect item was sent
• there is a genuine quality concern
We cannot accept returns of opened, used or partially consumed products unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of drinks that have been opened, even if only partially, unless advised by us.
Legal and Safety Restrictions
Due to regulations relating to alcohol and CBD, returned items must be handled and processed safely. We may request photographic evidence before authorising a return to prevent unnecessary movement of controlled products.
How to Request a Return
Please email support@sonictonics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and a clear photograph if applicable.
Refunds
Once a return or issue has been assessed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Banks may take between 3 and 7 working days to process funds.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you received the wrong item or a product is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for
• opened products unless faulty
• items not in their original condition
• drinks damaged after delivery due to mishandling
• clearance or sale items labelled as non returnable
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it.
If it has been dispatched, we will advise on available options. Alcohol and CBD products may not be eligible for cancellation after dispatch due to handling restrictions.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive as expected, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a suitable resolution.
Please note that orders may require an adult signature, and undelivered items returned to us may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Product Storage and Safety
Once delivered, products should be stored upright, away from heat and direct sunlight. If a bottle appears pressurised, leaking or damaged, do not consume it and contact us immediately.
